Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Store Gift Cards Only. Affordable Car Parts digital gift cards are store gift cards issued for use only on the Affordable Car Parts website. They are not credit cards, debit cards, or bank-issued payment cards.

Gift Card Details. Each digital gift card is issued with a unique 16-digit Affordable Car Parts Gift Card Number, expiration date, and 3-digit Gift Card Security Code. These details are required to redeem the gift card during checkout.

Validity and Expiration. Gift cards are valid for five (5) years from the date of issuance. If applicable law provides a longer validity period or greater consumer rights, applicable law will control.

Redemption. Gift cards may be used only for eligible purchases on the Affordable Car Parts website. Customers must enter the Gift Card Number, expiration date, and Gift Card Security Code during checkout. Gift cards cannot be redeemed on third-party websites or used as general-purpose payment cards.

Remaining Balance. If the value of an order is less than the available gift-card balance, the unused balance will remain available on the same gift card until used or until expiration, subject to applicable law. If an order exceeds the available balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.

Promotional Discount. Eligible parts purchased using a valid Affordable Car Parts gift card currently qualify for a 15% promotional discount at checkout instead of the standard 10% Summer Sale discount. The discounts are not cumulative. Promotional discounts, eligibility requirements, and promotional periods may be changed or discontinued for future purchases.

Gift Card Purchases. The purchase of a gift card itself is not eligible for the 10% Summer Sale or 15% gift-card parts discount. A gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card.

No Cash Redemption. Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash except where required by applicable law.

No Inactivity or Maintenance Fees. Affordable Car Parts does not charge monthly maintenance, inactivity, dormancy, or balance-check fees on its digital gift cards.

Delivery. Digital gift cards are sent to the recipient email address supplied by the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for entering the correct recipient information. Affordable Car Parts is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filtering, or email-provider issues.

Lost, Stolen, or Compromised Gift Cards. Customers are responsible for protecting their Gift Card Number and Gift Card Security Code. If a gift card is lost, stolen, or compromised, Affordable Car Parts may require proof of purchase and other verification before providing assistance. Replacement is not guaranteed except where required by applicable law.

Returns and Approved Refunds. Purchases made with a gift card remain subject to the Affordable Car Parts Refund & Replacement Policy. If a refund or credit is approved for a gift-card-funded purchase, the applicable amount may be returned to the original gift card or provided as store credit, subject to applicable law.

Fraud and Misuse. Affordable Car Parts may reject, suspend, or cancel a gift card where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, an unauthorized payment, unlawful activity, or misuse, subject to applicable law.

Purchase Records. Gift-card purchase and administration records may include purchaser and recipient information, Gift Card Number, expiration date, Gift Card Security Code, original value, remaining balance, payment transaction references, issuance date, and card status. Such information is used to administer the gift-card program, process redemptions, prevent fraud, and provide customer support, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Changes and Applicable Law. Affordable Car Parts may update these Gift Card Terms & Conditions for future transactions. No change will limit rights provided to consumers by applicable law.
