Refund, Replacement & Cancellation Policy
Please review these terms before completing a purchase through Affordable Car Parts.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Affordable Car Parts does not provide refunds unless otherwise required by applicable law.
30-Day Replacement Policy
Replacement requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days from delivery, no replacement, refund, or warranty claim will be accepted.
Replacement Claim Requirements
To be eligible for a replacement review, customers must provide:
- A professional diagnostic report from a licensed repair facility or certified technician, when applicable.
- A complete, unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package before opening.
- The shipping label clearly visible.
- The full unpacking process.
- The condition of the part upon arrival.
Incomplete, interrupted, or edited videos may result in the claim being denied.
Engine, Transmission, ECM & TCM Claims
Claims involving engines, transmissions, ECMs, and TCMs may require:
- Proof of professional installation.
- A diagnostic report.
- The vehicle VIN.
- The purchase invoice.
- Additional supporting documentation, if requested.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Parts
Customers must report damaged, defective, or incorrect parts within 48 hours of delivery.
After verification and approval, Affordable Car Parts may provide a replacement of the same or equivalent value, subject to availability.
Order Cancellation
Approved order cancellations may be subject to:
- Outbound shipping charges.
- Return shipping charges.
- A 25% restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for all shipping expenses incurred in processing the order.
Items Not Covered
The following are not covered under any replacement or warranty policy:
- Programming or flashing.
- Calibration.
- Labor charges.
- Installation costs.
- Diagnostic fees.
- Towing expenses.
- Rental vehicle costs.
- Loss of income.
- Consequential or incidental damages.
Fraud Prevention
Affordable Car Parts reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any replacement request, including photos, videos, VIN verification, proof of professional installation, purchase invoices, diagnostic reports, and any other documentation reasonably required to verify the claim.
